Songs will be rated 1-5, with 1 being awful, 3 being mediocre, and 5 being excellent.

The ShadowWraith soundtrack is awesome!  It's filled with fast-paced, electronic music with techno and rock elements, and was considered "progressive" for the time.  Here's my song-by-song review.

Cyberride - First in alphabetical order, this is probably also the most faced-paced song in the soundtrack.  It starts out with a very catchy high-pitched loop, and then gets into the heavy drums, switching off between low, dronging build-ups and rapid arpeggios.  I'd give this one a higher rating if I didn't feel like it lasts a little too long.
> 4 (Good)

Dance Factory - This is aptly named, as it feels to me like something perfectly suited for a dance party.  Starts out with a distant industrial-sounding sound, and adds in other loops involving and electric piano and other neat samples.  A pleasure for the ears although a bit repetitive.
> 4 (Good)

Dance of Zax - This is one that really sticks in your head.  In the first few seconds, the awesome drum loop always has me tapping my foot.  A very unique techno beat that's lots of fun to listen to.
> 5 (Excellent)

Densetsu
- This one starts out with a cool, methodic, low synth, then quickly layers on the quick drumbeats and some neat electronic sounds.  Not too exciting really, but still fun to listen to.
> 4 (Good)

Elysium - Starts out with an ethereal, high pattering of synth, then the drums and base kick in and it really gets good.  This poppy techno track is really enjoyable, and has one of the better "chorus" sections of the songs in this soundtrack.
> 5 (Excellent)

Evergladez - I believe this one is the credits song.  It starts with ethereal synth sounds and kick drums, then joins with other synths and bases, to make a pleasant, easy-listening track.
> 4 (Good)

Extend - This music is the first thing you hear when you start the game.  It plays when all the logos are being shown.  The echoing, ominous introduction is notable.  Mostly the song is a techno-D&B sort of thing.  It's strangely relaxing, in a way.
> 4 (Good)

Fall - This one starts out with an awesome low lead synth loop, and is joined by lots of different drums and techno-esque sounds.  During the second half there is also a very catchy high-pitched synth looping up and down.  Makes for a fun listen!
> 5 (Excellent)

Haunt - An aptly-named song, this one really sets an ominous tone for the upcoming difficulties in the game.  It has creepy, echoing loops of strings and bass, later bringing in the kick and snare drums for a different mood.
> 4 (Good)

House - Oh man, I love this one.  It really is in the house music style, starting out with kick drums and layering different strange beats on to create a cool melody.  This song is notable for being the only song to have someone talk in it... ok, it's just a loop, but you'll be memorizing that guy's words and repeating them in no time.
> 5 (Excellent)

Internal Impactor - This is the "heavy metal daddy" of the mix - it's the purposely hardcore last-level "boss" music (although there is not actually a real "boss" in ShadowWraith).  My favorite part of this song is the beginning section where chiptune-esque beeps are inserted with syncopation.
> 4 (Good)

Into the Shadow - Ah, the music of the first level, how nostalgic. :)  It's a very low-key song, with lots of metallic sound effects, and a catchy tune overall.
> 4 (Good)

Marshins - This one's got kind of a jungle feel.  It alternates between two beats for the whole thing, so it's a bit repetitive.  Still can be enjoyable though.
> 3 (Mediocre)

Molecule - This one feels sort of like a more metallic version of "Marshins."  Nothing too exciting.
> 3 (Mediocre)

Night - This song starts out with low, sliding ominous sounds, and then goes into a slightly more fast-paced beat with drums and synth.  Has a nice dissonance to it at some parts.
> 4 (Good)

Oblivion - I like the way this one starts out, with an industrial, scrathcy bass, later joined by a jungle drum beat and echoing synth tones.  It's a neat mix of pensive and ominous.
> 4 (Good)

Off Line Pulse - Ah, this is one kick-ass song.  It goes back and forth between a heavy rock guitar segment and different bass and drum compilations.  There's all sorts of crazy drums in this one.  Very enjoyable.
> 5 (Excellent)

Overlord - With the gliding sounds and weird instruments, this one reminds me a lot of a Meteor song.  I'm not sure where this one is in the game - it's not a tune that pops into my head when I think of ShadowWraith, but it's notable nevertheless for its cool beats and general oddness.
> 4 (Good)

Pulse - I think this one is the creepiest song, with its low, dissonant, pandering synth and forboding strings overlayed occasionally on top.  Also has a cool bass come in every once in a while.
> 4 (Good)

Ryu - I think of this song as ShadowWraith's own personal ballad.  Starts out with a string loop and drums, then goes into a melancholic tune with elec. piano and a buzzy synth.  Oh, and the outro is neat, overlaying multiple string loops on top of each other.
> 5 (Excellent)

Silntrac - The composer of this song is a genius - excellently understated baseline, well-placed drum beats, and a somewhat sad-sounding melody make this song a keeper.
> 5 (Excellent)

Space - Ooh, another good one.  Starts out with a fast hi-hat and claps, then a VERY low synth kicks in along with echoing strings for accompanyment.  There's also the segments with a high, melancholic synth that stand out in my mind.  However, a mis-placed drum beat somewhat near the end messes up the beat a bit, so I'm not rating this as quite as high as I would otherwise.
> 4 (Good)

Stardust Memories - Ah, and here we have the pop epic of the soundtrack.  It builds up from a cool, low drum and synth riff to a higher bass and string accompanyment, to finally the "chorus" of the song which has the coolest instrument on the soundtrack.  I have no idea how to describe it, but my ears like it. :)  Awesomeness!
> 5 (Excellent)

World - Good memories of this song - the level in which it was played became notorious for me because it was so big it felt like a "world" (I knew the song name because ShadowWraith courteously told you the name of the upcoming level and the "audio stimulus" that went with it).  The song has lots of voice-like sound playing in the background, and some very neat riffs with a buzzy and a high synth.  A classic for sure!
> 5 (Excellent)

Wraith - The most cheerful song on the soundtrack.  This could be the credits music if it wasn't busy being so fast-paced.  This makes ist the perfect mood music for a fun level though.  Contains lots of electric strings, piano, and organ.  Makes me happy.
> 5 (Excellent)

Xenon - Heheh, I like this one just because of the name (noble gases are neat).  This is the title music, and it's very repetitive, yet strangely enjoyable.  I like the metallic beat that stays with it the whole time.

> Average Score: 4.3

To put it plainly, the ShadowWraith soundtrack is awesome.  This electronic music knows few matches in the tracked game music world.  If you want these mods, download them here!
